We aim to expand, continuing to provide good quality housing and support services, primarily to black and ethnic minority women and their families.
This is our 25th Anniversary and it is a great time to join Ekaya. We have improved significantly in our performance and are ready to robustly face the challenges and opportunities ahead. Reporting to our Chief Executive, the new Head of Finance and Resources will provide strategic and operational management across finance, human resources, information technology, communications and marketing.
We need an outstanding individual with a hands on approach, a track record of leading a Finance function and of improving performance. You will have the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff at all levels, plus excellent analytical, problem solving and numerical skills. You should have a professional qualification, an up to date knowledge of accounting
requirements and an understanding of housing, finance and HR issues.
